The Royal Theatre Carré in Amsterdam (comparable with the Radio City Music Hall in New York), has a special meaning for Ineke and myself. It was here on November 15th, 1995 that we attended our first live concert of André.

The 26 orchestra members (many still around today!) were spaced miles apart to fill the stage. Thirteen years later the orchestra has grown to ±50 musicians and seven choir members, all fighting for a little bit of space on that same stage!

On March 15th, 2008 we visited theater Carré in Amsterdam to see André Rieu appearing as the special guest in Ivo Niehe's theater show.

Selections of this short 1 hour performance and a lengthy interview with André were shown in the "TV Show on Tour" of March 28, 2008, presented by the same Ivo Niehe.

Due to the length of the interview (1 hour 20 minutes) we had to split it in three parts, each with a duration of approx. 27 minutes.
